Introduction Composite Integration Ltd is based in Saltash near Plymouth, UK and provides market leading technical services and equipment to the Resin Transfer Moulding and Vacuum RTM Moulding industry. Manufacturers entering into closed mould processing often require a high level of technical assistance to help them through the initial learning curve. Our focus is aimed squarely at individual customer projects; helping them succeed using experience gained through 30 years of combined involvement in closed mould processing. Composite Integration is able to practically assist customers throughout the closed-mould process, covering areas such as product design optimisation, materials selection, tooling design, tooling manufacture (composite and metal), equipment, accessories, installation, monitoring, process control and training. The need for high quality and practical training is recognised, and the company is able to provide both on-site and in house training to suit the individual client.
Composite Integration Ltd was founded in 2002 and has demonstrated consistent growth through focussing on customer orientated solutions with attention to detail and close customer support. Expansion is continuing with support from several worldwide partners. Company staff continues to expand and high levels of training are carried out to ensure all staff are able to respond to both customers needs and continuing developments in the RTM process. Over the last five years, Composite Integration Ltd has undertaken a wide range of work in the Automotive, Marine, Aerospace, 'Off-Highway', Sports, Architectural, Rail and Defence industries. Projects have varied from tool manufacture through to complete turnkey automated moulding cells. Composite Integration have also introduced a range of market leading equipment.
