Composite Integration Ltd manufactures tooling for both RTM and Vacuum RTM (RTM Light). With over 25 years in-house experience of designing and building ‘closed’ moulds, we are able to specify tooling materials and techniques to suit the individual application.

Tooling is generally commissioned in-house and we work closely with the customer and the appropriate materials suppliers to be able to recommend the optimum production solution.

Mould design is carried out using the latest 3D parametric systems and we are able to work with the majority of industrial file formats.

Metal tooling is designed in-house and machined in partnership with a selection of specialist sub-contractors.
