Customer Success Coordinator: We are seeking a technically minded person with highly professional, confident communication skills willing to share our passion for delivering innovative composite processing solutions to our global customer base. Self-motivated, you will enjoy working in a small sales team dealing with inbound enquires (No cold calling/no lead generation).

We are seeking a technically minded person with highly professional and confident communication skills, willing to share our passion for delivering innovative composite processing solutions to our global customer base. Self-motivated, you will enjoy working in a small sales team, dealing with inbound enquires (No cold calling/no lead generation).


As the Customer Success Coordinator, you will follow up on leads from UK and international customers using a variety of channels, including telephone, email and presentations.

After initial engagement you will ensure a seamless and positive journey, through maintaining regular contact, the preparation of quotes and proposals, to ongoing support of our valued long-term customers.

The role involves lots of communication, with the ability to constantly and proactively engage with multiple customers at any one time.

You will serve as a vital link between our customers and our internal teams, helping to build lasting relationships, manage expectations and maintain our high professional standards.

Ideally suited to someone from a SME technical or manufacturing background, this is a new role within our growing company where you will become a core part of our team, the company and our future growth. There is opportunity for personal growth and development.

Salary: dependent upon experience

Location: Saltash

Job Type: Permanent, full time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday between 08.00 am and 17.00 pm working on site in Saltash, in our calm professional environment.
