INJECTION VALVE
A robust injection valve for CIJECT equipment, providing vacuum-tight connection to closed moulds. Enables easy cavity isolation, supports automation with minimal operator input, quick cleaning and reliable use with all resin types.
AIR EJECTOR
Designed to efficiently remove cured mouldings without the mould damage associated with wedges or mechanical force. Used for connection between CIJECT equipment and an inlet port of a typical closed mould.
IMPS SENSOR 0 to 10 BAR (ABS)
0 to 10 bar (ABS) in-mould pressure sensor suitable for RTM process, providing in-mould feedback control to CIJECT injection/infusion machines.
IMPS LEAD ASSEMBLY (M12 CONNECTOR)
Sensor cable used to connect a sensor with a M12 connector to a CIJECT machine IMPS input or an IMPS Readout Unit. Connectors include 3–pin IMPS plug to 4–pin M12 socket.
3/8″ BSP MOULD INSERT
3/8” BSP machined steel insert designed to be laminated into composite moulds. To be used for a flange vacuum connection or in conjunction with a vacuum vent liner to accept 6 mm pipe.
MOULD VENT LINER INSERT
Liner used in conjunction with a 3/8” BSP insert to reduce the vacuum vent diameter, for connecting 6 mm pipe.
VACUUM FLANGE FITTING WITH GEKA
Insert for a flange vacuum connection, to be laminated into composite moulds. Designed to accept other vacuum GEKA connections.
MOULD INSERT 20mm
20 mm machined steel insert designed to be laminated into composite moulds. This versatile insert accepts pipe inserts to connect either a vacuum catch-pot, vacuum vent or an injection port.
BLANKING PLUG 20mm
3/8” BSP delrin blanking plug designed to be used with a mould insert to close off a vacuum catch-pot or injection port, when not in use.
6mm PIPE INSERT (NUT TYPE)
3/8” BSP delrin insert with 6 mm through-hole fitting and two silicone O-rings. Designed to be used with a mould insert to connect a 6 mm Injection or vent port to a mould.
10mm PIPE INSERT (NUT TYPE)
3/8” BSP delrin insert with 10 mm through-hole fitting and two silicone O-rings. Designed to be used with a mould insert to connect a 10 mm injection or vent port to a mould.
MOULD LOCATION CONE
Machined delrin mould location cone designed to be bolted to the flange of an ‘A’ surface mould, between inner/outer mould seals. The cone gives positive X-Y-Z locations between the upper/lower mould surfaces.
INJECTION VALVE MOULD INSERT
Machined steel threaded insert designed to be laminated into composite moulds. This versatile insert accepts threaded pipe inserts to connect to either injection valves or injection/vacuum vents.
INJECTION VALVE BLANKING PLUG
3/8” BSP delrin blanking plug designed to be used with a composite mould insert to close off a vacuum catch-pot or injection port, when not in use.
INJECTION VALVE 10mm PIPE MOULD INSERT (NUT TYPE)
3/8” BSP delrin insert with 10 mm through hole fitting and two silicone O-rings. Designed to be used with a mould insert to connect a 10 mm injection or vent pipe to a closed mould.

AIR EJECTOR BLANKING PLUG INSERT
20mm machined delrin insert with no through hole. Used with either a composite or metal mould insert, to close off an air ejector when not in use.
IMPS MOULD INSERT
3/4” BSP machined steel threaded insert designed to be laminated into composite moulds. This insert is used to connect an IMPS sensor to a composite mould.
IMPS BLANKING PLUG
3/4” BSP machined delrin insert with no through hole. Designed to be used with a mould insert to close off an IMPS port when not in use.
BLUE ‘D’ SECTION MOULD SEAL
‘D’ section mould seal for use as a primary resin seal in the majority of ‘Light’ RTM and RTM tooling.
